So I really wanna apologize for not blogging that much. Things are pretty boring now that the School Holidays are coming to an end.
It doesn't really matter to us, homeschoolers though. In fact, it's a sort of..nightmare because the fees to amusement parks or maybe the circus rates will shoot up and places will get really crowded...
But what I like about the School Hols is that I get to spend time with my cousins! And then there'd be family gatherings-so that's what it actually matters.
New Year's coming! Woopie!
Tomorrow'll be the last day of 2009!
There's going to be no more of the 0 before 9 because it's going to be 2010! (that sentence was pretty pointless...)
Fireworks at 12 tomorrow. Can't wait!
Gina would go extremely hyper though...

So, yeap, it's over now. But it's not over yet. (because im still gonna meet shern,jenn and anne this chinese new year again!)
Yesterday I came back from Taiping which was really sad because I only stayed in Taiping for three days. It was a Sunday and it was the day which we celebrated my grandparent's 50th Anniversary.
It was like the best day ever. This time I really knew how my grandparents are happy and glad.
Firstly there was lunch, and the dishes were just absolutely scrumptious.
At the end there was cake. My grandparents said a bunch of meaningful and touching words before cutting a slice.
Then, EVERYONE had to say words of thanks and praises to them. And I could see tears of joy welling up in their eyes. But as a matter of fact, I could even feel my eyes tearing up, too! honestly.
After that, we all headed back to my grandparent's house. Thanks to Amy's great idea, she made a HUGE family tree photo frame. It had all of our pictures in it and I have to really thank her because the work she had put in was really fab!
Then it was time to open up presents. My grandparents were carefully cutting the wrapping paper with scissors while Jenn and I were tearing and crumpling and throwing away pieces of wrapping paper >.
Then, there was a video to watch (made by James)
It was very special. EVERYBODY enjoyed it.
It was about their wedding, how they met, and there were exclusive pics of them.
And I just found out my grandad's English name is Billy Choong!!
Woowie!
Well anyway, it was a BLAST.
then we had ang pows to give out (and i left them at my grandparents house.I know, im such a scatterbrain :P I took Anne's bag instead!!! )
Then my family and I set off to KL. and im telling u it was a sunday, and it was definitely slowww.
Instead of a 3-hour drive it was stretched until a 4 and a half hour drive!
and i got carsick..
and i got carsick..
Im realllyyy looking forward to chinese new year!! Wee~Family gatherings are so awesome

Moment of truth...
I actually like sweet, pinky stuff.
Surprised? So am I, as a matter of fact!
However, I like blue and purple best. I like hoodies, converse shoes, hats, sling bags. Kind of tomboyish huh? But I really can't resist cupcakes with colorful icing swirled on top, or maybe a dash of chocolate chips on it, and topped with whipped cream!! OMG, what I just said was so enticing!

But, honestly, it's really ironic because pink really give me the creeps. Lol! I mean, if I just color a shade of pink it gives me weired thoughts, but if it's on cupcakes or maybe butter cake, then that's a WHOLE different story!!!

Guess what time I slept last night .Yeah, 3:30a.m.

& Jenn and I had put up many glow-in-the-dark stars and moons that we couldn't help gazing at them.

Hopefully I will have enough energy to go swimming later on.
Though my eyelids are like dropping already..

HAHAAHAOkkayy so the blog title was realllyy random!!

Hey Peeps! 
Made any plans for this year's Christmas? 
Now, if you're wondering why I never say 'X'mas' instead..
Well..
In MY church, when I was very young, approximately eight years old, my teacher shared a story about it.
PPL say that X'mas and Christmas is the same.
But have you ever wondered...
Just why is there an 'X' over the word "CHRIST" ?
The story was made into a short video clip, to help us to understand better.
It was a very important video clip I really enjoyed. And since then, I never used X-Mas even if I had to waste my money on the smses I'm sending to my friends.

Anyway,
I'm utterly disappointed I couldn't join caroling 
with Amy , Lauren and Anne.

But on the bright side, I'd still be going back to meet them this Friday!
And yes, it'll be CHRISTMAS!!! Weee~
Weee~ Time flies!
I'd still be attending SSMC (my church) 's Christmas Special of course, and then later on, my family and I are off to Perak!! Woots!
Hopefully we will have some spare time to go swimming! That'll be super fun :)!!
But of course, the main point-and the most exciting part of Friday's trip is to celebrate my Grandparent's 50th Anniversary! 
What's more is that there'd probably be BBQ at Lauren's.
Might be celebrating LSherng/Daniel's (a.k.a Lauren's Brother) PMR results !
And we're gonna partay like NO ONE can!

first of,
My mom and I went to this optometrist shop today to order a pair of monthly disposable contacts for me. (finally)
It so happened to my biggest (okay, not particularly biggest) nightmare when that saleslady said that it's not suitable or should I say 'highly not recommended' for me as a child to wear contacts this age.
Ugh! And to that, my mom agreed!!
So in conclusion we walked out of the store without my CONTACTS!!
And I really need them!! My glasses are irritating! They keep slipping down my nose, and I have to like push it up practically every minute.
I just hopppeeee my mom changes her mind-and SOON
